A neighbor, whose apartment window overlooks the backyard at Bubba Luv Dogs on Main Street, reported she has been hearing dogs crying and whimpering since she moved in in Summer 2021. The video was also shared on Facebook on Sunday evening by the Kris Kelly Foundation and other online groups.
