In southeast Houston, officials from the Harris County Constable’s Office and the Houston SPCA rescued a bulldog on Monday morning after video footage from a Ring doorbell recorded a man kicking and throwing his one-year-old bulldog.

According to a press release issued by the Houston SPCA, authorities also found two other neglected French bulldogs covered in urine and feces locked in a small wire kennel when they arrived at the man’s home. All three dogs were seized and are currently in the protection of the SPCA.

The disturbing video showed the owner kicking the dog before picking up the 50-pound pup by his back legs and throwing him across the sidewalk. The man threatens to throw the dog again; it is not known why the man was so angry at the dog.
