Sweet, shy pup ‘on notice’ after months of being overlooked at shelter

A young dog, sweet but shy, is “on notice” after spending months at a busy California animal shelter. The year-old pup, named Garfield, has been at the Los Angeles County Animal Control – Downey facility, since July 23. Now, after months of waiting, his time is drawing to an end.

His advocate writes a post on social media, pleading for someone to save his life:
