California – A blind, senior dog is in need of “immediate rescue” from a California animal control agency because of his declining health. The 10-year-old dog, named James, is disoriented and has difficulting getting around.

His medical notes say:

He appears to have some level of neurologic dysfunction. He came in with nasal discharge but chest radiographs are normal. He is overweight. Radiographs of his pelvis and spine were also normal. He is startled easily due to his blindness and seems scared in the shelter.

James is urgently in need of help. Please share his adoption information to help him get the assistance he needs.
