Update 9/12/2022: According to the Saving Carson Shelter Dogs networking Facebook page, June has been adopted!

A beautiful German shepherd, in the prime of her life, sits unwanted and overlooked at a busy animal control agency in California. The dog, named June, has been at the Los Angeles County Animal Control – Carson facility since May 10, and nobody has expressed an interest in saving her during the time that she has been held there.

On Friday, a volunteer said, “June is a favorite of mine …. she was getting urgent at Downey. And because she has a sparkly personality she got to go to Carson …. where the Carson Team has been loving her and promoting her. But now she has been at Carson for way too long and needs to be in a home. Both Shelters love her and think she is fabulous….”

It is hard to imagine that June hasn’t been snapped up. She is gorgeous, young, and she loves to give and receive love. Please share June’s information and help her find a home before she is lost forever. Find June’s adoption profile here.
