Update 6/15/21: Adopted!

After 10 years, a small dog named Buddy finds himself right back at the same shelter that he was adopted from in 2011. The Lhasa Apso is at the 5A’s Animal Shelter in Godfrey, Illinois, which explains his situation:

Buddy is a 10-11 year old Lhasa Apso. His original owner passed away and the person he was give to decided that they didn’t want him. He was originally adopted from us in 2011 so we got him back!

According to the shelter, Buddy is a “good boy” who loves attention, and going for walks. He is described as “vocal.”

Buddy is surely confused by the loss of his home and family, and he undoubtedly longs for the comfort and love of a human companion. Will you please share his story and help make his adoption possible?
