Senior dog being passed by and ignored just because she is old

A senior dog in San Antonio, Texas, is being passed by and ignored just because she is “old.” The 11-year-old dog, named Diamond, is at the San Antonio Animal Services facility, where her “due out” date on May 13 has come and gone.

Diamond’s advocate writes:

She has the ailments of the old – cloudy eyes, stiffness, growth on stomach but does not seem painful, but her heart is gold & full of love / her desire is strong.

Being passed up bc she is old 😢 don’t let her go not knowing love in the last phases of her life
