Three weeks ago, two “super bonded” German shepherds were picked up as strays and taken to the Victor Valley Animal Protection League (VVAPL) in Apple Valley, California. Sadly, whoever owned these beautiful dogs never visited the shelter to claim them and take them home.
On Monday morning, Susanne Roy, a volunteer photographer for homeless shelter pets, reached out to the Pet Rescue Report to see if we could help find them a home together. She writes:
We have a super sweet bonded pair at VVAPL. Aragon & Arwen were brought in as strays. No one came for them
They are around 2 years old and very friendly & mellow. Aragon loves to drink from the hose when you fill his water bowl They are kid friendly and would love to have a new home together.
It is highly unlikely that two well cared for, young and friendly, German shepherds did not have an owner. Where that owner is right now is a mystery. But Aragon and Arwen could use a helping hand to find a new, committed and loving family to take them in. Please help these bonded friends find someone new by sharing this article.
