Update: 6/28/17: Dakota has been rescued!
The final call has been issued for a forgotten dog who is being held at South Texas Shelter Near Corpus Christi. The handsome, blue-eyed dog, named “Dakota,” is truly a death row dog – already moved into the so-called “euthanasia” room.
On Monday, the Nueces County, Tx: Dog In Need of Rescue Facebook page explained the dire situation that Dakota is in:
Dakota has been at the kill shelter since May 22!!!!! This gorgeous and friendly heeler/Husky mix is sweet as can be but OUT OF TIME! A kennel worker moved him to the front on Friday in hope he would be adopted but no one chose Dakota! The shelter is full and this precious dog has been moved to the EU room!!!
Dakota deserves a chance…please share the following information to help save his life.
