Just nine pounds and who knows how much of that weight is caused by the filthy, matted coat this frightened little terrier has been forced to live inside of while the person who promised to care for her turned his back and left this tiny dog to suffer.
Brought into the high kill shelter SEAACA (Southeast Area Animal Control Authority) located in Downey, California, dogs are rarely groomed and are among the first to be euthanized on the date they are made available to the public for adoption or rescue. Funds have been pledged for an approved rescue organization to help with this dog’s anticipated veterinarian expenses. Share this little dog’s plight with friends, family and social media contacts. Sharing saves lives.
