As an officer from the Platteville Police Department responded to a loose dog report at a Wisconsin park late last week, a very sweet dog named Lola quickly decided the men in blue were there to help her. And so, Lola jumped right into the police car.

As told by the Platteville Police Department’s Facebook on August 25, Lola had been wearing a pink collar; attached to her collar had been a note:

Please help. Take me to a shelter. My name is Lola.

This sweet girl came right over the officer and jumped in the squad… We are asking for the public’s assistance in finding lola’s original ‘owners.’ we would like to speak with them.
