At the SPCA of Wake County, in Raleigh, North Carolina, staff and volunteers have been shaking their heads in disbelief. Here’s a tiny dog, not much bigger than a chicken, and she was surrendered to the animal welfare organization for murdering a chicken.

Hard to believe this sweet angel baby is even capable, especially since she’s about the size of a chicken herself. Alas, the damage has been done. RIP to the chickens.

Her name is Corazon, and today this eight-month-old puppy is available for adoption. Of course, no birds in the new household please.

So how do staffers describe Corazon? In their opinion, the puppy is less “homicidal maniac” and more “wiggly little lovebug.” She doesn’t hesitate to climb right into someone’s lap, loves to just kiss and kiss and quickly settles in to be held and cuddled like a baby.

Now, that’s not to say, Corazon has a few quirks, and when she is free from “temptations” her best traits quickly come forward for the world to see and smile. According to her previous owners, the puppy is great with children, very affectionate and walks well on a leash. She is not a barker and loves to run around the yard.

PS. It is not known how Corazon is with cats, and it would be wise to warn small animals to beware of her presence when she is romping around the backyard.
