Youngstown, Ohio – Every day is tough for humane agents, but some are harder than others. On October 27, the Animal Charity of Ohio shared a particularly difficult case that shattered their hearts. Someone found a deceased puppy inside of a black lunch cooler that had been left at a playground in Youngstown.
The animal welfare agency said:
A call came in for a deceased puppy in a lunch cooler, near a playground on the southside of Youngstown. We rushed to the scene and it was true.
The agency added:
Humanity is at an all time low. This little one never had a chance at life. No couch to sleep on, no kids to play with, no long walks in the park…….
Rest in peace little one, we hope you are having the time of your life in heaven.

How horrible, they left the poor dead puppy for children to find! Monsters are real and they walk on 2 legs!

unfortunately their next victim WILL BE a child, that’s why they left the pup THERE. I strongly suggest that the entire community be alerted.
