The dog, named Toby, has been at the Los Angeles County Animal Control agency (Downey facility) since October 20 and he is in danger because the euthanasia rates are high.
Toby may no longer be a spry youngster, but he likely still has many years of life remaining. Years that should be spent in the company of an adoring guardian who wants to spoil him and make that time special.
