Harris County, TX – On Tuesday afternoon, a desperate plea for help was issued on behalf of a shelter dog who is struggling. The Saving Houston’s Pets Facebook page writes:
We just got this plea from the shelter!! Clovis is deteriorating mentally since being at the shelter 🥺 He is terrified of the shelter environment & is fearful& overwhelmed 💔
Adding:
He walks well on a leash & beings to open up with treats & toys.
This baby needs a miracle today!!
