A Rochester, New York, man is accused of beating a Rottweiler puppy with a stick. As reported by 13 WHAM News, the cruel incident took place at a park in East Bloomfield. Officers with the Ontario County Humane Society responded to a call for assistance after someone called to report a man beating a puppy with a stick and dragging the pup with a leash.
Officers arrested 47-year-old Albert Tomlin on an animal cruelty charge and two 11-week-old Rottweiler puppies were seized from him home. The pups were taken to the Ontario County Humane Society for care.
