A Missouri teen is accused of a gruesome crime involving a cat who was found mutilated and decapitated in an Arby’s bathroom. According to multiple sources, 19-year-old Tanner Maggard allegedly committed the crime in the men’s bathroom of the Arby’s in Lee’s Summit on Saturday.
According to court documents, Maggard, a former employee at the fast food restaurant, ordered food before going into the bathroom. A manager could hear Maggard inside of a stall, coughing and gagging. After Maggard exited the restaurant, the manager entered the bathroom stall and found the bloodied remains of a cat on the baby changing table.
A short time later, the manager observed Maggard sitting in his vehicle, apparently waiting to see the manager’s reaction to the bloody mess left inside of the bathroom stall. Police who responded to the scene noted that the cat had been recently killed because of the lack of foul odor.
Maggard was fired from the restaurant months earlier for “setting fires.” He is now facing charges for animal cruelty and property damage. The restaurant was forced to repaint the bathroom stall, and replace the baby changing table and toilet.

This is a sick person. Fired for setting fires? Yeah, right. That’s NOT NORMAL. My heart goes out to the kitty. Clearly humans have failed here. How in the heck did he get the kitty in the bathroom without being noticed? This guy is on his psychopath way to harming humans, if he hasn’t done so already. Needs to be institutionalzied
