Missing dog thrown into traffic

Woman’s lost dog killed when someone threw him out of a car

Days ago, a California woman’s missing dog was found in a heart-wrenching manner – according to KTLA News, the 18-month-old dog, who disappeared from his Vacaville home on Thursday, was hurled onto Interstate 80 by someone in a blue Toyota Prius.

A horrified witness tried to get to the small dog, but another car on the busy roadway got there first, and the dog, named Rex, was killed. As if being thrown onto a busy road was not cruel enough – it was discovered that little Rex’s legs had been bound in plastic before he was hurled onto the interstate.

Rex’s owner, Deb Ferrara, is devastated over the loss of her constant companion. She told KTXL News, “He was the sweetest little dog. He was my 24/7 companion. I’d had him since he was just a pup.”

Anyone with information about this cruel incident is asked to contact the Vacaville Police Department.

Did you know that if you want to get updates from a Facebook page, you have to do more than just “like” it? To get recent postings in your Facebook feed, you must also hover your mouse over the word “following” and then click “see first” from the drop-down menu. You may want to check back with your favorite pages on occasion because Facebook often changes your settings, no longer having your favorites among those to “see first.”

I suppose this sort of thing has happened all along, it’s just with the news reports it is being brought to light more often. My heartfelt condolences to Deb Ferrara for her loss of Rex. I can’t imagine the horror and heartbreak! I truly hope they find the POS that did this and may the judicial system have NO mercy on their rotten soul!

Absolutely. It only takes a moment for some degenerate to steal your pet. It is tragic that pets aren’t safe in their own yards.

Hope they catch the person who did this and get thrown into traffic numerous times until there is nothing left of him. What a cruel and disgusting thing to do to this small dog and to bind his back paws is beyond belief. Find this sub human and give him to the dog lovers in jail and let them deal with him. Let the owner say how he should be dealt with. RIP Rex.

In other words, someone took him and then did this to him.

I hope the cops look at every single one of her neighbors who have a Prius, and have friends who do also.

This is yet a reminder that NEVER, EVER should we allow our pets outside if we’re not out there with them. I live in a quiet, relatively safe neighborhood, yet I won’t take a chance, even for a moment. You just never know.

I hope someone finds this maggot fuck and gets to him before the police do and does justice because the law will never do anything because the laws in this country suck!!! The laws coddle criminals and fuck victims. Is this a harsh statement? Yes it is but it’s true.

RIP Rex, sweetie. Your death will not be in vain! We can wish that the books be thrown at this person, but, truth is these JUDGES RARELY DO THAT! THESE JUDGES DON’T SEEM TO THINK ANIMALS ARE IMPORTANT TO PEOPLE AND JUST SLAP THE HANDS OF THESE MONSTERS INSTEAD OF FOLLOWING THE LAW!! Until the judges start to follow the LAW, this will probably keep happening!!
