São Sebastião, (which is Portuguese for Saint Sebastian) is a Brazilian municipality, located along the beautiful coast of Brazil in Sao Paulo. Two tourists accidentally became caught up in the strong current on Saturday and were not able to swim to safety. It was the lifeguards who had been making their rounds along the beach when they spotted the two men struggling to stay afloat; the lifeguards jumped in and so did their mascot, a black Labrador retriever, named Bob.
According to G1, Captain Karoline from the fire department, stated Bob had been adopted as a mascot by the team in May 2022 and accompanied the crew wherever they went.
“The victims were in a strong current and the two officers entered the sea to help the tourists. Unusually, they had the support of the mascot of the Maresias Lifeguard Fire Station. of the victims, on the stretch of sand, where everything ended well
