Two puppies are dead after someone put them into a trash bag and abandoned them in McComb, Mississippi. Now, a $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever is responsible.
The horrible situation was shared via social media on Thursday:

Yesterday, friend and rescuer, Christopher Mckay found 2 puppies tied up in a large strong black trash bag. One had already suffocated to death. He rushed the other to the vet but he had been too long without oxygen and had to be put to sleep
The abandoned puppies were found near Gateway Drive and Wardlaw Rd in McComb. The post, created by Shannon Stewart, pleads for help to find the monster responsible:
We are now up to $1000 REWARD for information leading to the prosecution of this person. We are seriously looking to bring this SOB to justice! Let’s don’t make it easy for this person to tie animals in a garbage bag and throw out a window like trash! Help us find him/her!! If you have any info or ever seen these puppies before, please message myself or Chris please.

Whoever dumped these precious little treasures (instead of taking them to a shelter or rescue group) has earned themselves a reserved spot in the hottest part of Hell for eternity for their cruelty!!!
