A 29-year-old Texas man has been arrested for allegedly beating and throwing a dog to the ground in El Paso. According to the El Paso Times, Joshua Mitsumatsu was arrested on Monday after a witness secured video footage of him abusing a young shepherd mix named Tali.
The video footage reportedly shows Mitsumatsu picking Tali up and throwing her to the ground before the beating. The cruel incident took place on Sunday at the Villa Sierra Apartments.
The alleged dog abuser has been arrested and taken to the El Paso County Detention Facility – he is facing charges for animal cruelty. Tali was seized by animal control and is now being cared for by Law and Paws, a non-profit animal rescue group, reported KFOX News.

O I truly hope this human hunk of sewer slime gets his just punishment while sitting in a jail cell – may there be some predatory inmates who make Mitsumatsu a victim in every conceivable way possible. He deserves the same mercy he gave Tali – NONE!
