A man in Cobb County, Georgia, is facing multiple charges after the discovery of five dead dogs at his home. As reported by the Atlanta Journal Constitution. According to the arrest warrant, Matthew Grady Manley, of Austell, is the man identified as being responsible for the dogs’ deaths.

The deceased dogs, described as a Corgi mixed breed, two Chihuahuas, a Boxer and a Chinese Crested dog, were found on May 1. The warrant states that Manley did:

maliciously fail to provide adequate food, water and sanitation resulting in the death of the dog, as indicated by the body condition of the dog and the conditions in which it was housed,”

As of Monday, Manley was not in custody.
