Injured puppy, with bulging eye, abandoned in a box

A seriously injured puppy, with a bulging eye, was abandoned in a box in California. The sad situation was brought to light on Tuesday by the Saving Riverside Shelter Dogs Facebook page, which writes:

13 WEEK OLD PUPPY! FOUND ABANDONED IN A BOX! Eye injury 🚫

We don’t have medical notes yet, but this puppy’s eye is bulging out! 😢 Let’s find a REPUTABLE RESCUE to help him on his available date of 4/25/20.

Please note! The shelter has a full medical staff. He is 100% receiving medical attention. Please do not make assumptions otherwise.

The puppy, dubbed Fozzy, is in need of a rescue group to take him in and get him the care that he needs. Please share his adoption information to help make that happen as soon as possible!
