Police in El Paso, Texas, have instigated an investigation after two people discovered a soaking wet box full of newborn puppies in a dumpster. The El Paso Police Department issued a release about the cruelty case, writing:
On 03-04-20 at about 8 pm two individuals were having their evening walk when they walked by a trash bin. The people heard what they described as a baby crying. They approached and looked inside. What they saw in amazement was a water soaked cardboard box with eleven puppies.
The puppies are believed to be just two days old; their umbilical cords were still attached and eyes closed. The good Samaritans transported the newborn puppies to a rescue agency for care.
According to the department, the dumpster is located at 3501 Morenci Street at the Alta Vista Optimist Baseball field. The release states:
The trash dumpster in the rear adjacent the railroad tracks. The day the puppies were located a baseball game had been going on at the park. The puppies would have been placed in the dumpster that day before 8 p.m.

DO THE PUPPIES NEED DONATIONS?
Thank goodness these precious little treasures were saved. Those poor babies. Away from their Mum and requiring special care to survive….. I wish them all long healthy lives with furever families who will treat them as beloved family members!!!
As for the POSs who dumped these precious little treasures into the garbage, they will burn In the hottest part of Hell forever for their cruelty. We can all hope that negative Karma sticks with them for the rest of their useless lives……
