A man who fatally injured an Oklahoma woman’s small dog last Friday has stated that he’s not sorry for doing so. According to KFOR News, Betty Potts, of Muskogee, was walking her dog “Cowgirl” home last week when neighbor, Alan Murphy, pulled out a gun and shot the dog dead.

Potts maintains that her Chihuahua mix was not causing any problems, but Murphy disagrees. The dog shooter claims that not only was the dog trespassing on his property, but she was threatening his kids. He told KFOR that he would shoot his own dogs if they “tried to bite” anybody.

Murphy has lived in his home for approximately two months and he claims that Potts and her dog have repeatedly been warned to stay off of his property – in an interview, Potts stated that she cuts through the property to go to her relative’s house.

Murphy is facing a felony animal cruelty charge for the incident, but he is confident that the charge will be dropped; he stated that he has spoken to the authorities and they assured him that he is well within his rights to protect his livestock and family.

Filthy POS! Hope she uses HER 2nd Amendment rights the next time you trespass on her property. I’m fairly certain she’d be “well within her rights” to do so in Oklahoma, you disgusting piece of white trash.

I hope someone burst his ballon and puts his but in jail. Dispickable human POS. Better be glad it wasn’t my dog. You would be reading about him on the obituaries.

You should also take a look at his FB page. Just like in the picture above, he looks as HIGH AS A KITE in almost every single one of them. Owns a huge snake. Let’s see…. drunken redneck piece of white trash with a huge snake, tattoos, etc. His story was fishy before I looked at his page: now it looks like the nonsense it is. The dog was probably target practice.

I find it hard to believe that this little dog was the “vicious” beast Alan Murphy is making “Cowgirl” out to be. The owner was right there and he HAD to shoot the dog? This POS is a trouble maker who has lived there for 2 months and probably has been a royal PITA since he moved there! If indeed he had warned Ms Potts about “trespassing” on his precious property, then she should have found another way to her relatives. This shows what kind of a nut case you could have for a neighbor! It’s a good thing he didn’t shoot MY dog or his gun would have been shoved up his A$$ or he would have been in prison for killing ME!

Protect his livestock and property from a Chihuahua!?! That is ludicrous! That is like saying you are protecting your property and livestock from a gopher! Chihuahuas are hardly a threat due to their size. This guy is an absolute idiot! I could understand that he might be concerned if it was a 200 pound Rottweiler, but a Chihuahua!?! I hope they lock him up forever!

Good Grief!!! If that lame ass excuse flies with the courts something is wrong with the justice system. IF she was trespassing, that was wrong. But that is NOT a reason to murder a small dog. The man is mental. He has to be.
