Surveillance video captured a Grand Island, New York, man beating a dog to death. As reported by WKBW News, 41-year-old Brian Cline is the man identified as the person who kicked and hit a dog enough to cause fatal injuries.
According to the report, the dog’s owner identified Cline after viewing home surveillance footage following the discovery of the dead dog inside of its crate. The dog’s owner reached out to the authorities after watching the video of the alleged killing.
Cline is facing a felony count of aggravated cruelty of animals and a felony count of criminal mischief.
