On Wednesday, the Butler County Sheriff’s Office, reached out to the public regarding a disturbing case of animal cruelty discovered in Liberty Twp., Ohio. According to the sheriff’s office, a skeletal black dog, described as a Cane Corso, was found deceased inside of a black cage with a plastic pan underneath.
The authorities provided details about the disturbing discovery:
The Butler County Dog Warden needs your help! Located in the rear parking lot of an abandoned business in the 4300 block of Hamilton Middletown Rd. In Liberty Twp., Ohio was a Cane Corso canine, black with white on his chest wearing a red collar.
The dog died from starvation and the authorities want to find whoever is responsible.
