On July 30, a young dog named Cow was surrendered to a busy animal control agency. The loss of his home, and his family, left the two-year-old dog so frightened that he was unable to be walked to the kennel area. Cow’s advocate writes:
THE FACE OF A DEFEATED DOG THAT JUST GOT SURRENDERED TODAY TO THE SHELTER .
HE HAD TO BE WHEELED TO HIS KENNEL BECAUSE HE WAS SO FRIGHTENED AND SO CONFUSED 💔
Imagine being walked into an unfamiliar area and abandoned. Of course this dog is terrified…and confused…and sad. You can help turn Cow’s life around by sharing his adoption information. He needs to find a committed owner who will love him forever.
