Puppy abandoned outside of shelter

Puppy died after being abandoned outside of animal shelter

A puppy died not long after being abandoned outside of a New Jersey animal shelter. As reported by the Daily Press, a man was spotted on surveillance video around 5:15 a.m. on Wednesday morning – in the footage, he can be seen at one point with a small black dog.

Approximately three hours later, a dead puppy was found on Jefferson Avenue near the Peninsula Regional Animal Shelter – the injuries are consistent with being hit by a car.

Now, a search is underway for the man who allegedly abandoned the puppy. Anyone with information about this situation is asked to reach out to Newport News Animal Control Officers at Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.

I am heartbroken for this precious little treasure not having a chance at life…… the POS who abandoned him could have at least left him in a kennel by the door vs. simply turning him loose……

The POS who abandoned this precious little treasure has a reserved spot in Hell waiting for him. He will burn forever for his cruelty.

This POS couldn’t wait until the shelter was open to dump the dog! I hope they find whoever did this and I hope someday they get dumped!
