In Walker County, Georgia, authorities are asking for the public’s help with information about a small dog abandoned in a pet carrier. The dog and carrier were found at the intersection of Schmidt Road and West Cloud Springs Road in Rossville on Tuesday.
The disturbing handwritten note had been left on top of the carrier and explicitly described what the person who “found” the dog had been the reason he deemed the dog to be “stupid.”

This is what the note stated as posted on the Facebook page of the Walker County Animal Shelter:
This dog is stupid! i found him but he is too stupid to have as a pet! A bullet would be best. He climbs fence or digs he runs from everyone he p—– and s—- in the house and will express his anal glands if you pick him up. That’s why he is here i got it in my mouth. F— this dog
The shelter describes the dog as sweet.
Anyone who recognizes the dog or has information is asked to contact Walker County Animal Control at 706-924-0053 or by email at [email protected].
