Defenseless little pug locked in cage and abandoned at Carson Animal Care’s parking lot

In the Gardena, California parking lot of Carson Animal Care, a heartless person abandoned a defenseless four-year-old pug in a locked cage; the frightened and shivering pup spent the entire night locked in a wire cage with no food, water or shelter and not understanding why she had been left alone.

She was found in a little crate outside the shelter and she’s got what looks like a bit of a skin condition and she looks like she’s been neglected and lived her life outside. She’s going to need some help fast.

It’s just always amazing, that despite the obvious neglect and abandonment, she continued to wag her tail. She was so relieved to have been rescued. It doesn’t appear this little one holds any grudges.
