The Pittsburg Police Department in Pittsburg, California are investigating a disturbing video shared on social media Monday, showing a woman kicking a homeowner’s tiny dog as she finds it amusing and is shown laughing. Police have asked the person involved in this situation to come forward and speak with authorities.
The photos, released by the police show the vehicle and the people involved. At this time, it is not known what started the altercation. The video shows the owner of the dogs arguing with two women on the sidewalk during the time he had been outside washing his vehicle.
Just moments later, the one woman rushes in toward the owner’s front yard and intentionally kicks the tiny dog sending it flying in the air. The man then hurriedly scoops up both dogs in his arms and walks away and out of sight of the surveillance video. Even as the two women walked away, they continued to yell at the man.
