Faith Easdale, the director of Dream Fetchers Project Rescue, along with experienced rescuer, Jim Ralston, responded to animal control officers on Tuesday afternoon after having been asked if they would accept a six-and-a-half-pound Yorkie mix into their care.
According to the officers at the shelter, the heartless owner carried the three-year-old dog into the local shelter by the scruff of his neck. The frightened dog had likely never been groomed nor had he been neutered.
Because of the compassionate animal control officers at the shelter, Faith was able to take him out of the shelter immediately.

Good news for this little dude because guess what? he’s gonna get a much better family now
We have him safe with us.
This little guy will be visiting the organization’s veterinary staff and groomer. He is now being welcomed to as one lucky Christmas miracle. His past life probably was miserable, but now he’s headed for a charmed life.
