Frightened shepherd puppy tries his best to hide in corner at Florida shelter

Spread the love

At the Lee County Domestic Animal Services in Fort Meyers, Florida, a four-month-old German shepherd puppy arrived at the shelter as a stray this week.

This is how he is described by the shelter:

ID- #A1090493

Im an unaltered male, black and tan German Shepherd dog.

The shelter staff thinks I’m 4 months old

I was found in zip code 33908

I’ve been at the shelter since Nov 20, 2025.

There has been no information posted at this time about the puppy’s disposition, but no doubt he is very frightened. Please share his plight with approved rescue organizations, friends, family and social media contacts.

A shelter volunteer writes:

He is only 4 months old, but he has known more fear than comfort,

more loneliness than love

Right now, he believes the corner is the only place…
