In Detroit, Michigan, police have alleged Jordan Love, 29, posted a video of an injured dog on social media after she stabbed the pup. She then is accused of fleeing Michigan to South Carolina.

Love has returned to Michigan and faces charges of torturing and abandoning four to 10 animals.

It had been on February 7, when Detroit Animal Control responded to a home on Manning Street after having been notified about a stabbed dog. Authorities had to force their way into the home, and there she was – a dog left in the basement suffering from multiple stab wounds. to her body.

According to the Wayne County Prosecutor Kim Worthy, Love allegedly stabbed the dog and then posted a video on social media of the stab wounds and not only is said to have admitted stabbing the dog, but added she stabbed her because she went after one of her cats. Shortly after, Love fled to South Carolina and abandoned her three dogs and four cats. Detroit Animal Care and Control seized the pets and stated all the animals were malnourished. The owner had recently adopted the pitbull from Detroit Animal Care and Control in June and had just adopted this puppy over the holidays.
