At the Cumberland County Animal Services in Fayetteville, North Carolina, it has now been called a desperate time for Tiana and her puppy Naveen. The two need to get out of the shelter; and with an approved rescue organization as soon as possible.
According to the shelter, Tiana, the two-year-old Labrador retriever blend is heartworm negative, but she is currently showing symptoms of an upper respiratory infection and is being kept in isolation. Even though she is not feeling well, Tiana remains very friendly and loving. Her puppy, five-week-old Naveen, is the only surviving puppy of the litter. For a tiny life just beginning, she has been through a lot and is so deserving of a home with her mom; and a wonderful, long life to look forward to in the future.
Time is of the essence in this case. There are no available isolation kennels available.
