Absolutely heartbreaking: 17-year-old dog surrendered to shelter

In Castaic, California, a 17-year-old dog was an owner surrender to Los Angeles County Animal Services on May 14, 2024. It would not be overstating to note how heartbreaking it had to have been for poor Bella. She weighs only three pounds, and she needs a safe home to go to immediately.
