Volunteers from the popular social media group, Nueces County, TX: Dogs in Need of Rescue are asking for the public’s help saving a beautiful puppy from being humanely euthanized at anytime. Volunteers use the page to network at risk Nueces and Kleberg County, Texas animal control shelters.

The puppy’s history is as short as his life so far; he was dropped off in a cornfield and left to die. When he arrived at the shelter, he had scratches and bruises all over his small body. One can only imagine how frightened he must have been; he was just trying his best to survive after the cruelest person in this puppy’s life deserted him.

He is located at Nueces County Rural Shelter in Robstown. Staff and volunteers describe the pup, dubbed Bobo, as follows:

Very sweet, playful, wiggly waggly, & seems healthy BUT WILL STILL DIE

Facebook

Bobo weighs 22-pounds and is described as a chocolate Labrador retriever and terrier mix. For more information, please call: (410) 608-2195. Share this little guy’s plight with approved rescue organizations, friends, family and social media contacts. Follow Bobo’s story on Facebook here.
