At City of San Antonio Animal Care Services, Daisy’s life is soon to end. She has been described as that sweet “dollop of Daisy” in someone’s life. She loves going out on walks although she may be a bit too enthusiastic and pulls on her leash too much.

Daisy knows how to “sit,” how to “lie down” and is very motivated by treats thus making it very easy to teach her new words and commands.

She is a lady who does her business outside and enjoys romantic cuddles in the grass.

Daisy is a two-year-old female German shepherd blend. She weighs 56.8 pounds and is heartworm positive. (very treatable)

And here are the heartbreaking details that will end this pup’s life as soon as this afternoon:

Evaluation Notes:27 FEB 23

dog displays sociability by coming over for pets and treats with a wagging tail and softly jumping up to continue receiving pets.

Due to kennel capacity this pet will be killed without confirmed placement.

To save Daisy, please share her plight with approved rescue organizations, friends, family and social media contacts. Daisy’s life is sadly coming to an end.
