Help needed for innocent dog whose mouth had been painfully tied closed

Spread the love

At the San Bernardino City Animal Shelter, a heartless person decided to tie a small dog’s mouth shut with either a heavy string or wire. Perhaps she barked? Perhaps she nipped at someone’s kid? Neither reason could ever justify such torture. This seven-year-old female bears the physical scars of her mistreatment.

On May 18, 2023, the Maltese and poodle blend entered the shelter as a stray. She is now available for adoption.
