Fiona is lost confused and shutting down: Help rescue this chunky lady

Fiona is a chunky 100 pounds of American bulldog. She is estimated to be about seven years of age and has been at the Riverside Coachella in Thousand Palms, California since December 28, 2022.

According to the shelter staff, Fiona remains so scared, so lost and so confused. She is clinically showing signs of stress and is shutting down. All of that means she can be humanely euthanized at any time. This dog needs urgent networking as she will likely become urgent very soon.
