UPDATE: Rescued (along with his buddy) by Frosted Faces. Many thanks to everyone.

An obese senior arrived at the San Bernardino City Animal Shelter after having been confiscated by animal control officers on July 16, 2023. This poor guy has clearly been neglected; his nails have never been trimmed, and they have curled under and into his paw pads.
