A woman from Hagen, Germany was shocked and scared when she opened the door to her home and found the place a mess and a wild boar seemingly having a snooze on her couch.
According to the German news source, the woman made the discovery on February 4, and was less than ten feet away from the woman, but didn’t see her as the boar turned her head away the moment the woman opened the door. Immediately the woman closed the door and called the police.
The wild boar had wrecked the furniture and had made itself comfortable on the living room sofa. It probably entered the ground floor through a patio door. When the door shut, it got trapped.

The wild boar had destroyed the entire first floor of the home and likely wore herself out and needed to rest. A local hunter was asked to help the 132-pound boar get out of the home who opted to open the door. The boar noticed the door open immediately and ran away.
There were no injuries – either people or boar.
Police stated this time of year the baby boars are being fiercely protected by their mothers, and people are urged to stay as far away from them as possible. Should a situation like this occur, call the police.
