Two-year-old Pomeranian stolen in broad daylight returned to owner

In Dayton, Ohio, a two-year-old Pomeranian reportedly stolen from his owner’s backyard on Saturday had been returned to his owner according to the Dayton Police Department.

A home surveillance video captured two female suspects in the yard picking up the dog named Chop and then walking away with the dog in their arms. Authorities sent out a tweet asking for the public’s help finding the two women seen in the video.

The police subsequently reported that Chop was returned to his owner on Wednesday. The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact authorities at 937-333-COPS. You can remain anonymous and still give information by calling Crime Stoppers at 937-222-STOP.

  1. Craigs List needs to shut down their pet section which is were many stolen dogs end up “For Sale” Dog flippers also use Craigs List to find “Free Pet” then they sell them.
