In San Antonio, Texas, a family has offered a $5,000 reward for the return of their six-year-old Yorkshire terrier that escaped from their backyard in December. Roxie’s owners, Rey and Samantha Domingo are heartbroken and have reached out for help finding their beloved pet.

According to Kens5News, Roxie has been missing for nearly a month when the family’s three Yorkies all escaped from the bottom of a fence around their Harvest Canyon home. It may have seemed to the dogs they were all heading out on an adventure.

Somewhere along the road the dogs took, Roxie got separated from the other two and ended up in a field. That’s where the search began, but since then, there has been no trace of the dog. The family even used a drone to fly over the area where the dog was last seen, but still no sightings.

Since then the family has put up fliers on doors, cars, street signs and businesses hoping that someone has spotted their pet. The reward of $5,000 has been a community effort with people donating to help. Roxie is described as weighing 12-pounds, mostly blonde with black and gray floppy ears.

Anyone with information is asked to call 888.466.3242. Please share Roxie’s photo – never give up looking and never give up hoping.
