An Alabama animal shelter is seeking a loving forever home for a “sweet old man” who is waiting to be discovered at their facility. On Thursday, the Russell County-Phenix City Animal Shelter posted a photo of Floyd, writing:

Look at those eyes. He is longing for a nice comfy couch to claim as his. He is an absolute sweetheart!! He seems to get along with other dogs, he is very quiet and lazy but loves toys!

According to the social media post, Floyd was brought “up front” to give him some peace and quiet from the noisy kennel area. According to the shelter, Floyd is 11 years of age, neutered and microchipped.

Will you please share this sweet boy’s information to help him find a forever home? The shelter said, “As always meet and greets are encouraged. Help us find this sweet old man his forever home.”
