Update 6/13/2022: Rescued!

A dog described as quiet, gentle, shy and “very sweet,” has run out of time at the San Bernardino City Animal Control where she has been held for months. The four-year-old dog, named Olivia, has had no interest since she was taken in on March 16 and now she is at risk of losing her life.

Her advocate writes:

A QUIET LITTLE GIRL WHO has been COMPLETELY OVERLOOKED FOR TWO MONTHS . ☹️
– 2 months in a kill shelter, and not a single thing wrong with her, but we all know the sqeaky wheel gets the oil, so the problem dogs get way more attention. Makes no sense !
-she is very gentle and shy.

Adding:

She is a 4 yo female brindle Boxer/Pit girl, who the shelter says is Very Sweet.

Olivia did nothing wrong, but she will pay with her life if nobody steps up to save her in time. Please share Olivia’s adoption information – time is of the essence.

  1. It’s absolutely heartbreaking….. I checked out the San Bernardino shelter euthanasia list and there are some very sweet pups on this list…… I hope someone local can open up their home and heart for these precious treasures. They all deserve to be in a loving furever family who will treat them as beloved family members for the rest of their lives.
