In Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania SPCA is asking the public to help find two men caught on video encouraging two dogs to brutally attack a neighbor’s cat. The horribly disturbing incident occurred on Tuesday morning on Granite Street in the Frankford section of the city.

According to the video, two people can be seen walking by a home and allowing their two dogs to attack a cat named Buddy. One person in the video is heard calling the dog ‘good boy’ as the dog tore at the cat.

The video shows two individuals walking two dogs past a family home on Granite Street. On the video it appears that an individual spots the cat named Buddy on a porch, comes back and releases one dog on the cat followed by a second dog. As the attack continued, a person or persons can be heard on the video encouraging the dogs to continue attacking the cat until a resident of the property comes out to intervene on behalf of the cat.

Buddy sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to the Pennsylvania SPCA’s Philadelphia headquarters where the veterinary staff is working furiously to save his life.
