Downey, CA – A handsome senior dog has been sitting at a busy California animal control agency since mid-September after his owner surrendered him, telling shelter staff that he was “too old.” Blue is 15 years of age, but that does not mean that he is too old to be loved and cared for.
An advocate shared a plea for Blue on social media, writing:
Owner Surrendered for being “Too Old”
We need help here! He’s been waiting a month! Blue is available for public adoption, it is recommended he go to a home with adults only. He is okay with calm Large dogs.
