A curious puppy was saved after he fell into “a very small crack” and down into a ravine in Mountain View, Arkansas, on Sunday. The Allison-Sylamore Fire Department shared photos of the rescue effort, explaining that their repelling team was utilized to access the pup.

The department writes:

Puppy Rescue: Been on a puppy rescue since 1:00pm. The puppy had went to the top of a bluff and fell down between a very small crack and down into a revine where he could not get out on his own. Our repelling team went in full force to rescue this poor baby and we brought him out safely

The pup was not injured and was returned to his very grateful owners.
